There are several different vehicles available below for your home search. I
have provided a few simple directions below the search list for your
convenience. To maximize your time and effort, please read before you begin your search.
*A few words to make the search
better.
- First
open up an
email to Wynne, here you can
cut’ n paste the MLS
#’s, click on Search above, fill out my
guest book, when you are all done, send the email
& I will send you the addresses.
- Now you can Study the local home market by
looking at, and reading descriptions of actual homes for sale today in the area of your
choice.
- As you find homes that you
like, put their MLS numbers and e-mail them to me with a brief note about what home
features you are looking for.
- I'll do some more research on your
MLS choices and e-mail you with more details.
- As we go back and forth this way,
we both get clearer about the KIND of home you want. You also learn to trust me based on
my concern and responsiveness.
- Because of all this, when finally
come in person or make an appointment, we will look at ONLY the best homes for sale that
meet your needs.
- Now you decide if you want me as
your "Buyer's Agent." If you do, I’ll represent you in your transaction,
ensuring that all aspects of the sale are as favorable to you as possible. And I know what
I'm doing because 95% of my clients come to me just the same as you.
